We’ve heard it too. The overuse of the word community and the undervaluing of actually showing up. We’re Disciple Studio, and we’re creatives who love Christ, each other, and our beloved New York City.

Disciple Studio soft launched last year with a series of monthly workshops: Poetry led by poet/writer Bria Alston, Floral arrangement led by floral designer Yiandra Fabian, and Illustration led by visual artist/illustrator Diego Best.

We closed 2024 with an artist mixer where we heard about how you guys have been doing and meaningful connection shone through as an urgent need.

2025 is going to look different and in some pretty amazing ways.

Every other month we host Open House — our arts & faith open mic series.

On alternating months, we host A Resting Place — a gathering for artists to be refreshed spiritually.
